Furnished Offices RomePAYMENT FOR SERVICES

During your stay with I.B.O. Roma, services provided and services consumed will be charged to you on a “Pay-per-Use” basis. Just like in a hotel. I.B.O. Roma will charge you solely and exclusively for whatever you consume during your time with us. Some charges will be automatic (e.g. Xeroxes, Fax, Phone Calls), whilst others will be charged on a time basis (e.g. secretarial services). If you wish, at the end of each month we will provide you with a detailed report of all charges to guarantee maximum transparency.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT

The minimum duration of the agreement is 3 months and the maximum is 12 months. The agreement may be renewed, if you wish so, after the first 12 months. Agreements for less than 3 months are usually available, but, as a general rule, the longer the agreement the greater the possibility of receiving discounts and special offers.

In addition to the obvious monthly cost savings, there are other advantages resulting from the use of our office centre compared to a conventional office:
• You avoid the lump sum costs needed to make the property operational (notary public costs for signing a lease agreement, connection costs for electricity, water and telephone).

• You may start work immediately without exhausting searches for suitable properties and useless waiting times.
• There are no routine or extraordinary maintenance costs.
• More time is available to dedicate to business opportunities and new initiatives instead of setting up your own office.
• You will have more flexibility in managing your office and savings in operating costs, as you will only use the services you need.
• You may carry out confidential business far from your normal location.
• Absolute discretion is guaranteed by I.B.O. Roma personnel, who will filter your phone calls and visitors, so that your are only "available" when and as you wish. In addition, mail, faxes, e-mails and phone messages will only be accessible by the persons indicated by you.
